We have accepted an offer on our house, which has been for sale for 4 months. Finally, after 50 showings and 3 open houses, during which we had to bring Bailey to Gram and Gramp Rickerts or in the car with us and Megan and keep the house clean and free of clutter (Megan and Bailey's toys). We now have 9 days to find a house. Hopefully we will find something this weekend in South Windsor...we are seeking a back yard, a bigger house with more storage, a better school system, and a more kid-friendly neighborhood. But, we'll miss our first family home.
