Megan was among several preschool classmates who participated in a graduation ceremony to acknowledge their next step coming...kindergarden. Megan's writing has improved over time, including spelling her full name. The graduates sang songs including colors of the rainbow in both english and spanish. Megan also recently learned the months of the year in the tune of "3 Little Indians".
Speaking of Kindergarden, we recently learned that Vernon will offer full-day kindergarden for the coming school year - yea! I am looking forward to Megan's experience at Lake Street School. We moved here 3.5 years ago with high hopes for Lake Street. We enjoyed a family fun night recently, and we are meeting many of Megan's potential future classmates.
