We had our annual Thanksgiving dinner at Nonni and Papa Turley's house with aunt MaryJane and uncle Bob. After eating, Nonni took Megan, Papa, MaryJane and myself to a farm just up the street from their house where the most amazing assortment of animals were living and intermingling without restriction: Long-horned steer, regular brown cows, 2 deer, a ram, an emu, an alpaca, geese, ducks, goats, etc. We fed loaves of bread to the long-horned steer which they gently took from our hands with giant tongues. Megan had a blast, trying to throw the slices of bread over the larger animals to the smaller ones.
